Introduction to the integrated electrical structure The Q-type electric valve actuator consists of a motor, a reduction mechanism, a torque controller, a stroke controller, a handwheel, a mechanical limit mechanism, a drive electrical component, an intelligent control module and an on-site operation panel.

A magnetic induction absolute encoder is used to measure and protect the stroke. When working, the encoder travel transmission shaft rotates synchronously with the output shaft, and the encoder converts the collected valve position into a digital signal, which is processed by the internal control module and converted into a percentage and displayed on the LCD screen, so that the output shaft can be accurately positioned. The absolute encoder does not require battery supply, can record the real-time valve position when the power is on or off, and is contactless, wear-free, reliable and stable in operation.
Manual-electric switching and manual operation mechanism The Q series adopts a completely independent design of the manual transmission mechanism and the electric transmission mechanism, and does not require a fully automatic structure for switching operations;
1. Check the products produced on the electric actuator production line every day, 100% inspection, first open the indicator cover, check whether the wiring is beautiful, whether the limit cams in the opening and closing directions are fully installed, whether the pointer position is consistent with the actual position of the actuator, whether the screws inside are tightened, and then buckle the cover after checking that there is no paint peeling and stains on the appearance of the electric actuator, and whether the manual wrench, waterproof joint, manual dust plug, sight glass, and sight glass cover are fully installed. After checking that there is no error, use a laser marking machine to mark the product number on the back of the electric actuator. The product number should include the date of the day, and finally buckle the foam and put it into storage.
2. Inspection of complete sets of valves: After the operator of the valve production line completes the debugging, he takes the production order to the quality inspector, who will check the production order and the product one by one (inspection items: the number, diameter, material, and connection method of the valve. Whether the pressure is consistent with the production order, the voltage, control type, connection method, explosion-proof product, and whether the electric actuator is consistent with the production order, whether the screws of the valve and the electric actuator are tightened, and whether there are any missing parts)
3. Inspection before packing: Check whether the product quantity, model, voltage, control method, and spare parts are consistent with the production order.
4. Inspection of random products in the processing center: Once in the morning and afternoon every day, take the inspection item list to the processing center, randomly select a processed product from each machine, find the operator of the processing center, and ask him to measure one by one according to the inspection item list and keep records.
